FAQs

There are some commonly asked questions below, but if you have a question that's not been answered here please send us an email to mail@braytonplayers.co.uk and we will be glad to help.

How do I pay online when I don't have a PayPal account?

Thanks for choosing to order your tickets via the website and pay by card. You don't have to have a PayPal account to pay this way, even though the invoice you will receive is a PayPal invoice. You will have all the security of using a trusted payment system without needing to have an account yourself.

Here's how to pay by card without having a PayPal account...

1. Fill out the form on the Tickets page as usual, choosing your options for performance and types of tickets. The option is there to donate PayPal fees because even if you don't have an account we will still be charged fees for using PayPal as our invoicing and payments portal, so a voluntary donation of the cost of the fees can be added to your invoice if you wish.

2. When the email arrives in your inbox click the button to View and Pay Invoice.

3. Check everything is correct and when you're happy click on the Pay Now button.

4. When you get to the log in screen scroll down until you see the grey button that says Pay with Debit or Credit Card and click on that.

5. You can then enter your card details to pay. There is an option to create a PayPal account, but you can simply say no.

That's it!

If you experience any problems at all feel free to drop me an email - mail@braytonplayers.co.uk and I will try to help. Alternatively you can call the telephone numbers on the posters to order tickets that way, and also visit the Post Office in Brayton or the Community Centre when Carol is around.

I would like to join Brayton Players. How do I get involved?

Brilliant! We are always looking for new members, and there is a lot you can do to help. Aside from obviously needing people to perform on stage we also need people to paint scenery, build props, help with sound and lighting, assist in the kitchen and at front of house during show week. We're a super-friendly lot, always happy to welcome anyone to our crew.

To let us know you want to get involved send us an email to mail@braytonplayers.co.uk. Or you can come up and say hello after the show one evening. All of the cast usually come to the front of the house after a show, so grab one of us and let us know you want to become a member.
